unfortunately, we don't accept returns of product or do exchanges of product.

if your order was damaged in-transit, or if you've received the wrong goba tea order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately here (or by emailing info@gobatea.com) and either we will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at www.gobatea.com.

if you believe there is a quality issue with your goba tea, please take note of the code and the "best by" date printed on the neck of the bottle, so that we can trace the specific batch of goba you have received. these inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.
